This manual could, quite possibly, be the spark that ignites the revolution of higher mind integration. The title, Fundamentals of Yoga, may seem a bit narrow to live up to my elevated claim but if you investigate the rich content in this book, you will surely understand why I consider it so. The Impersonal Life – by Joseph Benner

This book has been a great inspiration to me…and it is an audio book!  It’s a high paced read and is better to just stick with it the whole way through even if you miss a couple lines. Just bring your focus back to the words and enjoy the healing. I always feel refreshed and settled after listening. Also, keep in mind this is only the first 5 chapters ; )
